A Minnesota native with a passion for the mountains landed me here in beautiful Colorado 10+ years ago. I enjoy hiking, skiing, camping, paddleboarding, weightlifting, and ping pong! I have one daughter that is grown and living her best life back in Minnesota and two amazing boys that keep me active and on my toes! I started my nursing career back in 2006 as an LPN and went back for another year to complete my RN degree. I later obtained my BSN and it wasn’t long before I  decided that I wanted to do more in the nursing field and make a real difference in patient’s lives. So, in 2020 I completed my MSN and am now a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about health and fitness and have a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals. Joining forces with my partner, James and his three girls has been a fun adventure in itself. As if life could not be any busier with all sorts of kids and their extracurricular activities, we have decided to help bring wellness to others in the community.
